Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Orders from Free Spear-It.com can only be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

We offer Free Standard Domestic Shipping for purchases of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping).

For orders less than $100, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Citrus County, Florida. We will contact you via email or mobile number you provide at checkout to arrange for delivery.

Checking Order Status

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at support@freespear-it.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
